Course Overview
The ‘Unity 3D Scripting’ video courseware from Noesis Interactive allows students to increase the scope and complexity of their games by adding extended functionality through lesson based exercises in writing object oriented JavaScript. These exercises expand student’s knowledge of the underlying game engine architecture and illustrate how to harness existing libraries as well as build new objects to create compelling games.
Course consists of three essential modules to learning the fundamentals of Unity:
Module 1 - Unity Scripting 1 - contains overview of scripting options in Unity (JavaScript, C#, Boo) and short lesson based exercises in language used during the remainder of the course (JavaScript). The Unity specific editor is used to help refine scripts as well as visualize relationships between objects and scripts.

Module 3 - Network Scripting - outlines the Unity networking API and its core components. Individual chapters detail various uses and amendments to these scripts given a particular networked game scenario, ideally within either the PvP or time trial scenario generated previously.
